Buck’s Fizz is made of two parts of Champagne and one part Orange Juice. It is very similar to Mimosa Cocktail but in Mimosa you add equal parts of Champagne and Orange Juice.

Some people prefer to use other Sparkling wines as well instead of Champagne.
