Bellini is a cocktail drink made with Prosecco and peach puree hence also called as Peach Bellini, known to have originated in Venice, Italy.

Mostly, as per Italian traditional recipe it is made from Prosecco however some people use Champagne to make Bellini. Bellini is a perfect summer drink and often taken before meal.

Bellini – How To Mix

To make this drink some people prefer fresh white peaches however we used peach slices available in the market along with some sugar syrup and Prosecco. You can also use Champagne but if you want to stick with Italian style go for a Prosecco.

Now to make Bellini cocktail, simply whip peach slices and strain it to get the peach juice and mix it with Sugar Syrup

If you want, you can also keep the peach juice refrigerated for sometime to make it chilled. Once done, add peach juice to the flute glass and slowly top up with Prosecco until the glass is filled.

Just before serving gently mix the Cocktail as by now peach juice would have settled at the bottom of the flute glass.

You can also garnish it with a peach slice.

Main Ingredients for Bellini

  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 25 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 – 4 Peach Slices 50 ml peach juice

How to mix Bellini Cocktail
