Take 1/2 Fresh lime and cut it into 4 pieces. Put these pieces in a Highball glass and then add Sugar to it. Use the Muddler to release the lime juice.

Take 6 - 7 fresh mint leaves in your palm and clap to bruise the leaves. This helps release Mint leaves aroma. Now put them into the glass and gently squeeze with the Muddler. Don't crush too much. Now add Rum to it.
10 Fresh mint leaves, 60 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
Crush the ice cubes using a blender into small to medium pieces. Do not fine crush them. Add crushed ice to the glass.

Now pour Soda water to fill the glass and add some ice cubes on top.

Now garnish by placing a sprig of Fresh mint on top to serve.
