Main Ingredients for Bellini
- 100 ml Prosecco
- 25 ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 - 4 Peach Slices 50 ml peach juice
How to mix Bellini Cocktail
Whip peach slices and strain it to get the peach juice. Mix Sugar Syrup to it.
3 - 4 Peach Slices, 25 ml Sugar Syrup
Add peach juice to the flute glass and slowly top up with Prosecco until the glass is filled.
100 ml Prosecco
Just before serving gently mix the Cocktail as by now peach juice would have settled at the bottom of the flute glass. You can also garnish with a peach slice.
Few considerations while preparing and serving the cocktail -
- You can use fresh peach to make this drink. Just wash and peal it and blend using a mixer. Strain it before using it in Cocktail.
- You can buy Sugar Syrup from market or use Fine grained Sugar to make the drink.
- You can prepare Sugar Syrup at home for which you need to take equal parts of Sugar and Water and boil them until a thick Syrup is formed. You can then keep this Sugar Syrup refrigerated for a month or so.
