Chop the green chillies into small pieces
10 gm Green Chillies
Take a frying pan and put it on high flame. Now add Clarified butter to it.
1/2 tbsp Clarified Butter
Meanwhile take soaked Tapioca pearls (Sabudana) in a large bowl and add boiled potato pieces to it. Top it up with the grounded groundnuts aka peanuts and add Rock Salt and Red Chillies powder to it. Mix them well.
1/2 cup Tapioca pearls, 100 gm Potato, 1/3 cup Groundnuts, 1 tsp Rock Salt, 1 tsp Red Chillies Powder
By now the clarified butter would be hot and you can add Cumin seeds and chopped green chillies to it. Run it for less than a minute.
1/2 tbsp Clarified Butter, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 10 gm Green Chillies
Now add Tapioca pearls (Sabudana) mixture prepared earlier to it and mix them well.
1/2 cup Tapioca pearls
Cook for another 2 - 3 mins and close the flame. Cover the frying pan for another 5 mins.
Your Tapioca pearls (Sabudana) Khichdi or Sabudana Khichdi is ready to be served. But before that, add some chopped Coriander leaves to garnish it.
