Mimosa is a vibrant cocktail which is very easy to make. It is one of the simplest cocktails to make at home and tasty great. Mimosa is made of equal parts of Champagne and Orange Juice. It is very similar to Buck’s Fizz Cocktail but in Buck’s Fizz you add two parts of Champagne and one part of Orange Juice.

  • Take Freshly squeezed orange juice in a flute glass.
    75 ml Orange Juice
  • Now slowly top up with Champagne.
    75 ml Champagne
  • That is all, hardly two steps to make such an easy to make Cocktail - Mimosa at home. It is not just easy to make but is also a Cocktail for the Calorie conscious.

Notes

Few considerations while preparing and serving the cocktail -
  • You can also use ready made Orange juice available in the market. However, if you have time, it is better to use freshly squeezed juices while making any cocktail.
  • You can also use Prosecco or any other Sparkling Wine to make Mimosa Cocktail.
