Negroni is an Italian Cocktail, popularly known to have originated in Florence, Italy. It is made using equal parts of Gin, Vermouth Rosso, and Campari. Though different spirits are used to make Negroni, these are stirred rather than shaken and built in a Old Fashioned glass over ice.

  • 30 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 30 ml Vermouth Rosso
  • 30 ml Campari or Martini Bitter
  • Lots of Ice
  • Orange Wedge for garnishing

Instructions

How to mix Classic Negroni

  • Add equal parts of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Vermouth Rosso and Campari to the Old Fashioned Glass.
    30 ml Bombay Sapphire, 30 ml Vermouth Rosso, 30 ml Campari or Martini Bitter
  • Add lots of ice to it and stir it well.
