Take a frying pan and add clarified butter in it. Put it on high flame.

Now once clarified butter is hot add Cumin seeds and chopped green chillies. Saute them for less than a minute.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 10 g Green chillies
Now add 2 cup of water in it and keep it for 2 mins.
Add boiled potato pieces to it and add Rock Salt and Red Chillies powder to it. Now stir it and keep it on the flame for 5 - 7 mins.
300 g Potatoes, 1/2 tsp Rock Salt, 1/2 tsp Red Chillies Powder
Now add some chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Your Vrat Ke Aloo is ready to be served. Enjoy them with some Rajgira Puri and Coriander Chutney.
