Take whole milk in a deep utensil and add Cardamom powder to it.
500 ml Whole Milk, 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Keep it on a medium flame to boil.
Now simmer the flame and add soaked Tapioca pearls(Sabudana) to the milk.
1/4 cup Tapioca pearls
On simmer flame keep stirring the Tapioca pearls Kheer aka Sabudana kheer for another 5 mins.
Now add Sugar in it and stir for a minute. Now add chopped Almonds and Cashew nuts to Tapioca pearls Kheer aka Sabudana Kheer and stir it for a minute. Switch off the flame.
3 tbsp Sugar, 4 Cashew Nuts, 4 Almonds
Tapioca pearls kheer aka Sabudana kheer is ready to be served.
