Take lots of ice in the Cocktail Shaker and add 50 ml of Gin to it.

Now, squeeze some fresh lemon and add lemon juice along with Sugar syrup to the Cocktail Shaker.
25 ml Lemon Juice, 25 ml Sugar Syrup
Shake it vigorously for 20 - 30 seconds so the spirit and juice mix together properly.
Now strain it into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top it up with Soda Water and gently stir it with a Cocktail spoon.

Tom Collins is ready to be served, but before that add a lemon wedge and serve it with a drinking straw.
