Ingredients

Main Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • 2 cup Blueberry
  • 1 Banana Medium
  • 1 cup Yogurt Curd
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 4 - 5 Ice Cubes

For Garnishing

  • Pineapple wedge

Instructions

How to make Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • Peel Banana and slice it into medium pieces.
    1 Banana
  • Now add Yogurt, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Blueberry and sliced Bananas into the mixer / blender jar.
    2 cup Blueberry, 1 cup Yogurt, 1 cup Pineapple Juice, 1 cup Orange Juice, 1 Banana
  • Add ice cubes into the jar and blend until a smooth and creamy smoothie is ready.
    4 - 5 Ice Cubes
  • Pour smoothie and serve after garnishing with a Pineapple wedge.

Notes

There are some considerations which you can take while preparing the Blueberry Banana Smoothie –
  • You can use any Yogurt of your choice. We used Natural Yogurt to prepare the smoothie.
  • Use fresh fruit juice for better flavour and no added sugar. Most of the ready made juices available in market contain added Sugar. We used Pineapple and Orange Juice with bits with no added Sugar to keep it healthy and tasty.
  • You can also add Flax, Chia, Pumpkin or Sesame Seeds in addition to above ingredients. Also, if you do not vary fruit juice quantity based on your personal preference.
