Now, put mint leaves in the cocktail glass and press gently using a muddler.
Now add, Bacardi Carta Blanca (White Rum), Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup and fill half glass with crushed ice. To crush ice you can use a blender/grinder or simply take ice in a cloth, wrap it up and either hit it with a rolling pin or hit the cloth over a hard surface 2 - 3 times.
50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca, 25 ml Fresh Lime, 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup, Crushed Ice
Pour over Champagne and stir well. Top up more ice if required.
100 ml Champagne, Cubed Ice
