Peel Radish to remove the thick outer coating. Now grate Radish and squeeze the juice into a cup. We will use this juice to prepare the dough. Also, Chop Green chillies and Coriander leaves into small pieces.
1 cup grated Radish, 10 g Green Chillies, Few Coriander leaves
Now add 1/4 tsp Salt, Carom seeds and 1 tsp Vegetable oil in wheat flour and knead it using Radish juice. If required then add little water or make the dough. Once done, leave the dough for 5 mins so it will get soft.

Mix grated Radish or Mooli with Green chillies, Red pepper, Garam Masala and Coriander leaves. Salt will be added later while adding stuffing.
