Main Ingredients for French 75

  • 90 ml Champagne
  • 30 ml Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup

Garnishing

  • Slice of Lemon Peel

Instructions

How to mix French 75 Cocktail

  • Fill Champagne flute with ice and let it chill until we prepare French 75 classic cocktail.
  • Put lot of ice in a shaker and add Lemon juice, Sugar Syrup and Gin. Shake it well and strain the drink in a Champagne flute.
    15 ml Lemon Juice, 15 ml Sugar Syrup, 30 ml Dry Gin
  • Now top it up with Champagne.
    90 ml Champagne
  • Garnish the drink with a Lemon twist. Your French 75 is ready for celebration.

Notes

Few considerations while preparing and serving the cocktail -
  • You can buy Sugar Syrup from market or use Fine grained Sugar to make the drink.
  • You can prepare Sugar Syrup at home for which you need to take equal parts of Sugar and Water and boil them until a thick Syrup is formed. You can then keep this Sugar Syrup refrigerated for a month or so.
